WE DID IT!!!!
I can’t believe after two and a half years of working on the film we got to show Dream, Girl in front of 600 people at our sold out screening at the iconic Paris Theater in New York City.
There are really no words to describe the excitement, great energy, and relief I felt to finally be able to share the film with all of you. When we finally arrived at the theater on June 9th, I felt a great calm set over me- it was almost as if I had been waiting for this moment my entire life. Like I had done it before. Like I was coming home to a house I built.
It was hands down one of the best days of my life, and I felt so grateful to have Komal, our Executive Producers, our amazing team, and the cast of the film by my side for our big night.
While we are so excited to complete this part of our journey, we know the movement is just beginning. Dream, Girl is starting to spring up at networking events, universities, and living rooms all over the world. We couldn’t be more in awe of our hosts, and the fabulous events they have been creating to share DG with their communities.
